What do you sell at Style with Saleeqa?

We sell premium unstitched Indian suits (fabric sets), including suit material and dupattas (and any inclusions will always be clearly mentioned on the product page). Our pieces are meant to be tailored to your personal style and fit.

Will my set look exactly like the photos?

We try our absolute best to show accurate photos and details. Since textiles can vary by weave, dye batch, embroidery placement, and lighting, you may notice slight variations—this is normal in fabric-based and artisan products and is part of their beauty.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because we sell fabric and unstitched materials (which can be easily handled, cut, stitched, or altered), we generally do not accept returns/exchanges.
That said, we absolutely stand by our quality and will support you if there’s a genuine issue.

When do you accept a return/exchange/refund?

We accept claims only if:

  • You received damaged/torn fabric (on arrival)
  • You received the wrong product
  • Your order is not delivered to you (confirmed lost in transit)

NOTE: Customer needs to upload the video of unboxing for the reference.

How soon do I need to report an issue?

Please notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery (the sooner the better) so we can help quickly.

What do you need from me to raise a claim?

To make the process smooth and fair, we’ll ask for:
• your order number
• clear photos/videos of the issue
• photos of the outer packaging + shipping label
• (recommended) an unboxing video from sealed package to product reveal

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are usually processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method (bank timelines can vary). If you don’t see it after 7 business days, check with your bank/card provider, then contact us.
